Additionally, Sonoran Vending is one of the few companies that run refrigerated trucks to ensure product quality while in transit to each account. This adds expense to our company, but it helps ensure the quality of our products and service.
PROFESSIONAL STAFF – All employees are required to go through extensive training and undergo background checks prior to visiting any account. Everyone who visits a location wears a company issued uniform for easy identification. At Sonoran Vending, we believe that a comfortable employee is a happy employee and happy employees provide excellent customer service. Therefore, we refrigerate our trucks to keep our food fresh and our employees comfortable all year round. Lastly, no member of our team will ever smoke on or near your premises, nor will they smell like smoke while visiting accounts.
INVESTMENT IN TECHNOLOGY – While most vending companies have their head in the sand about technology, Sonoran Vending has invested in technology that remotely monitors machines. This allows Sonoran Vending to know the condition of the machine and the quantity of each product in the machine. As a result, Sonoran Vending knows when each machine needs service or restocking.
